At Saleeqa, every item is carefully checked before shipping, and we take pride in the quality of our products.

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy. However, we also don’t want to leave our customers optionless. If you face any issue with your order, please reach out to us at Support@saleeqa.ca, and we will review your case.

Please note:
  • Returns or refunds are accepted only at our discretion.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging for us to consider a return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry items are non-returnable under all circumstances.
